Dear Competitors,

Please check out this video of the new pavment on Pikes Peak Highway.  The footage is taken from the start line to the summit on a mounted GoPro camera.  This was done on a closed course by PPIHC officials.

Please note however, if you are going drive the road before the race (which is encouraged), it is important that you maintain all posted speeds and follow all laws.  The Pikes Peak Highway has a list of competitors and if the PPIHC Race Director receives a complaint from the highway about someone entered in this year’s event, that competitors will be disqualified.
